strategic imperative?
Design an interactive experience that more accurately measures the participants "native skills" and competencies.
Operation Decode
A cognitive neuroscience organization that believes in disrupting the industry, engaged our team to design a solution to an industry game changing challenge. The experience, which was a part of a broader experience, needed to measure the skill of multi-tasking to help underserved populations accelerate access to high quality careers. So we activated our design chemistry process to think to dream up how we might elevate the experience from a piece of paper to a truly interactive experience that solved the challenge at hand in a fun and intuitive way. To do this, we applied the principles of game design, design thinking, and real-time measurement to solve this big beautiful challenge.
With the design of a more natural user interface for doing cognitive assessments, we created a user experience that measured user's ability to perform multiple tasks in real-time through the function of heightened capacity. The approach captured the user's attention and tracked the user’s competencies to measure the accuracy and precision of the user interactions with the interface. The experience is architected to enhance user engagement and speak the digital language of the user population.
The simulation is designed with the neurological core of the user driving the design to activate exponential measurement and achieve optimal outcome through the evolution of career engagement. The strategy transcends traditional assessment methods and creates a highly interactive experience that advances proven cognitive neuroscience assessment tools and techniques. Reimagining traditional assessments into an interactive digital product, the design embeds proven cognitive neuroscience methods within the experience to deliver simple, intuitive, and scalable models that automate and streamline critical skills, measuring user interaction and providing underserved populations access to higher quality careers, that are based on user's "native skills" rather than words written in a resume.
